How do I reserve my wedding date? -

To reserve your wedding date, a signed contract and 50% deposit is required.

When is the remaining deposit due? -

The remaining deposit is due after the wedding video is edited, burned, labeled, and finished.  We will contact you as soon as your video is finished.  At that time, we will send the wedding video to you via mail as soon as we receive your deposit.

How long after the wedding should the video be finished? -

It can take as little as 4 weeks to as long as 24 weeks. Typically, it depends on the time of year that your wedding video was finished.  A wedding video takes 30 hours of editing (for the deluxe package) to complete creatively and with the care we take.  Weddings later in the season will typically take longer to complete because of the backup of earlier weddings.  Also, longer weddings will take longer to complete.  Ask about our rush packages!

What is included in the Deluxe Package? -

The highlight videos on our website are not the only items included in the Deluxe Package.  You also receive an edited ceremony with multicam editing and premium audio.  All day filming is also included to capture all formalities, preparations, and events.  The two camera angles included will give multicam footage for the ceremony and other events which is crucial for a quality video.  You will receive three edited DVDs, and three unedited DVD sets which include the raw footage that comes with the deluxe package. (about 2-3 hours of footage) Also, the DVD labels, case and menus are custom to your wedding.

How do I receive a Blu-Ray Disc? -

All normal packages are in Standard Definition; however, you can upgrade any package to Blu-Ray for an additional charge.
